How do I create my own fundraising page?

Firstly – thanks for signing up to fundraise for us! To create your own personal fundraising page, all you have to do is click ‘Get Started’ and fill in your details. Straight away, you’ll receive an email with login details for your fundraising page and a link to share with your family, friends, colleagues, neighbours – you name it!

How do I register a team?

Found a whole crew of food angels to fundraise with you? Nicely done! When you start a fundraising challenge, your team captain can create a team page. They'll be provided with a link to share with other members to join their fundraising team. From there, team members can set up their own personal fundraising pages and get the ball rolling/flying!

How do I edit my page?

To edit your fundraising page, simply click “Login” in the top right-hand corner of the home page. Once you’re logged in, click on your name and select “Edit My Page.”

From there, you can update your profile picture by clicking on the photo icon, increase your fundraising target, update your blog, or share your page on social media – the digi-world’s your oyster!

How do I upload photos to my page, change my message or page name?

You can share photos of your fundraising fun stuff anytime via your fundraising page! Login and click “Edit my page” to add or change your photos. You can also change your name or personalised message from this page. Don’t forget to save your changes 😊

What is the URL of my online fundraising page?

Looking for a link to share your fundraising page? You can find your own personal URL in the registration email you received when you first signed up. Alternatively, you can find your page by searching for your name in the 'Find a Fundraiser' search bar.

Is there any cost to start a fundraising page?

No way! Setting up a fundraising page is free and all the donations collected through your fundraising efforts will help us put food on thousands of empty tables every single day – right across the state.

How do I ask people for donations through my fundraising page?

Hey, thanks for fundraising for Foodbank – we really appreciate your support! After you’ve set up your fundraising page, you can share your page on social media and email everyone you know to ask them for their support – colleagues, friends, family, neighbours – you name it! Remember to tell your community why you’ve chosen to fundraise for Foodbank and ask if anyone would like to get involved by donating, or even signing up to fundraise by your side!

You can email your network anytime from the fundraising dashboard via the “Send Email” tab. We’ve created a handy template you can use, or you can write your own message to request donations.

Take photos of your progress (and your team’s if you’re fundraising with a food angel crew) so you can share your snaps along the way. You can check out other resources for spreading the word here.

How can I manage my fundraising through my dashboard?

Your fundraising dashboard is a hub where you can manage your fundraising, personalise your page with messages or photos, or even send emails to request donations or thank anyone who has donated. To access your fundraising dashboard, click 'login' in the top right corner.

Your fundraising will go a long way – and travel much further than the doors of our warehouse! With the support of our amazing community of fundraisers, Foodbank Victoria buys and distributes beautiful, fresh, healthy food through our food relief programs. These are run across the state all year round in partnership with 500 charities who rely on our food to support their locals.

How do I find a fundraising page to donate to?

Have a friend or family member that’s signed up to fundraise for Foodbank? You can search for any fundraising page using the "Find a fundraiser" search bar in the menu.

What payment methods do you accept?

How do I make an offline cash donation?

Collected cash through your amazing fundraising efforts? Firstly, you'll need to deposit the cash you've collected into your bank account so you can transfer it to us. Get in touch with our team so we can provide you with our bank details for the transfer by calling 1800 943 005 or email supportercare@foodbankvictoria.org.au We'll also update your page to include the total once you've made the bank transfer.

Forgot your password? It happens! Don’t worry, it’s an easy fix. When you click login, you’ll see a prompt if you’ve forgotten your details. Hit that prompt to receive an email from us, which will include your username and a link to reset your password. Sorted.
