To create your very own Virtual Food Drive, all you have to do is click ‘Create a Food Drive’ and fill in your details. Straight away, you’ll receive an email with login details for your fundraising page and a link to share with your family, friends, colleagues, neighbours – you name it!

To edit your page, simply click “Login” in the top right-hand corner of the home page. Once you’re logged in, click on your name and select “Edit My Page.”

From there, you can update your profile picture by clicking on the photo icon, update the cover impact by clicking the camera in the bottom right corner of the cover image, increase your fundraising target, update your blog, or share your page on social media – the digi-world’s your oyster!

You can share photos of your virtual fundraising anytime via your page! Login and click “Edit my page” to add or change your photos. You can also change your name or personalised message from this page. Don’t forget to save your changes 😊

No way! Setting up a Virtual Food Drive is free and all the donations collected through your fundraising efforts will help us put food on thousands of empty tables – right across the state.

Found a whole crew of food heroes to fundraise with you? Nicely done! When you click 'Create a Food Drive', you can select the option to create a team as you go through the steps. You'll be provided with a link to share with other members to join the team and set up their own Virtual Food Drive pages linked to yours. Magic!

Looking for a link to share your Virtual Food Drive page? You can find your own personal URL in the registration email you received when you first signed up. Alternatively, you can find your page by searching for your name in the 'Find a Fundraiser' search bar.

Your fundraising dashboard is a hub where you can manage your fundraising, personalise your page with messages or photos, or even send emails to request donations or thank anyone who has donated. To access your fundraising dashboard, click 'login' in the top right corner.

After you’ve set up your fundraising page, you can share your page on social media and email everyone you know to ask them for their support! Remember to tell your community why you’ve chosen to fundraise for Foodbank.

You can email your network anytime straight from the fundraising dashboard via the 'Get Support' tab. We’ve created a helpful template you can use, or you can write your own message to request donations.

You'll also find a handy link or QR code you can share that will direct people straight to your fundraising page in the 'Get Support' tab.

Take photos of your progress (and your team’s if you’re fundraising with a food hero crew) so you can share your snaps along the way. You can check out other resources - including posters and social media tiles - you can use to help spread the word here.

With the support of our amazing community of fundraisers, Foodbank Victoria buys and distributes beautiful, fresh, healthy food through our food relief programs. These are run across the state all year round in partnership with 500 charities who rely on our food to support their locals.

Have a friend or family member who has created a Virtual Food Drive for Foodbank? You can search for anyone's table using the "Find a friend" search bar in the menu.

Collected cash through your amazing fundraising efforts? Amazing! Firstly, you'll need to deposit the cash you've collected into your bank account so you can transfer it to us. Get in touch with our team so we can provide you with our bank details for the transfer by calling 1800 943 005 or email supportercare@foodbankvictoria.org.au. We'll also update your page to include the total once you've made the bank transfer.

Forgot your password? It happens! Don’t worry, it’s an easy fix. When you click login, you’ll see a prompt if you’ve forgotten your details. Hit that prompt to receive an email from us, which will include your username and a link to reset your password. Sorted.
