As dietitians, we know that food isn’t just about nourishment—it’s about connection, joy, and creating memories. At Christmas, sharing a meal is a powerful way to bring people together. Sadly, for many Victorians, this isn’t guaranteed.
Foodbank Victoria is currently feeding more than 69,000 people every day, and demand skyrockets at Christmas when family budgets are stretched beyond breaking point. That’s why we’re fundraising to make sure there’s a seat for everyone at the Christmas table.
Every $10 donated creates ONE seat at our Virtual Christmas Table. The more seats we create together, the more meals we can deliver to people across Victoria who need them most.
