I'm hosting a Virtual Christmas Table, raising funds for Foodbank, so no one has to go without a meal this Christmas – and I REALLY need your help!
Hello my peeps,
In the spirit of curiosity - I thought I would share this with you. As you all know I am mad about Christmas but I also don't like to think of people struggling at Christmas particularly when my family and I tend to have so much. So in the spirit of the Muppet Christmas Carol (my favourite Xmas movie) I thought I would reach out to see if any of you can spare $10.
Foodbank Victoria is currently feeding more than 69,000 people every day (and counting). Their demand goes right through the roof at Christmas time when family budgets are stretched beyond breaking point, which is why I’m fundraising to help make sure there’s a seat for all at the Christmas table.
Every $10 donated creates ONE seat at my Virtual Christmas Table, and the more seats we create together, the more meals we can deliver to people doing it tough, right across Victoria.
