How do I create my Virtual Christmas Table fundraising page?
To create your very own Virtual Christmas Table, all you have to do is click ‘Create a table’ and fill in your details. Straight away, you’ll receive an email with login details for your fundraising page and a link to share with your family, friends, colleagues, neighbours – you name it!
How do I edit my page?
To edit your page, simply click “Login” in the top right-hand corner of the home page. Once you’re logged in, click on your name and select “Edit My Page.”
From there, you can update your profile picture by clicking on the photo icon, increase your fundraising target, update your blog, or share your page on social media – the digi-world’s your oyster!
How do I upload photos to my page, change my message or page name?
You can share photos of your festive fundraising anytime via your page! Login and click “Edit my page” to add or change your photos. You can also change your name or personalised message from this page. Don’t forget to save your changes 😊
Is there any cost to start a Virtual Christmas Table?
No way! Setting up a Virtual Christmas Table is free and all the donations collected through your fundraising efforts will help us put food on thousands of empty tables this Christmas – right across the state.
How do I register a team?
Found a whole crew of food elves to fundraise with you? Nicely done! When you click 'Create a table', you can select the option to create a team. You'll be provided with a link to share with other members to join the team and set up their own Virtual Christmas Table pages. Magic!
What is the URL of my Virtual Christmas Table page?
Looking for a link to share your Virtual Christmas Table page? You can find your own personal URL in the registration email you received when you first signed up. Alternatively, you can find your page by searching for your name in the 'Find a Fundraiser' search bar.

How can my fundraising dashboard help?
Your fundraising dashboard is a hub where you can manage your fundraising, personalise your Virtual Christmas Table page with messages or photos, or even send emails to request donations or thank anyone who has donated. To access your fundraising dashboard, click 'login' in the top right corner.
How do I ask people for donations to buy seats at my Virtual Christmas Table?
After you’ve set up your Virtual Christmas Table, you can share your page on social media and email everyone you know to ask them for their support – colleagues, friends, family, neighbours – you name it! Remember to tell your community why you’ve chosen to fundraise for Foodbank and ask if anyone would like to get involved by donating a seat to your table, or even signing up to fundraise by your side!
You can email your network anytime from the fundraising dashboard via the “Send Email” tab. We’ve created a handy template you can use, or you can write your own message to request donations.
Take photos of your progress (and your team’s if you’re fundraising with a festive crew) so you can share your snaps along the way. You can check out other resources for spreading the word here.

Your fundraising will go a long way this Christmas – and travel much further than the doors of our warehouse! With the support of our amazing community of fundraisers and donors, Foodbank Victoria buys and distributes beautiful, fresh, healthy food through our food relief programs. These are run across the state all year round in partnership with 500 charities who rely on our food to support their locals.

How do I find a Virtual Christmas Table page to donate to?
Have a friend or family member that’s created a Virtual Christmas Table for Foodbank? You can search for anyone's table using the "Find a fundraiser" search bar in the menu.

How do I make an offline cash donation?
Collected cash through your amazing fundraising efforts? Amazing! Firstly, you'll need to deposit the cash you've collected into your bank account so you can transfer it to us. Get in touch with our team so we can provide you with our bank details for the transfer by calling 1800 943 005 or email supportercare@foodbankvictoria.org.au. We'll also update your page to include the total once you've made the bank transfer.

Help - I forgot my username and password!
Forgot your password? It happens! Don’t worry, it’s an easy fix. When you click login, you’ll see a prompt if you’ve forgotten your details. Hit that prompt to receive an email from us, which will include your username and a link to reset your password. Sorted.
